Regular-visit totals shown are the staged starting totals for the selected property size. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly frequency is confirmed in the booking quote. If the property or scope differs materially from the details supplied, we pause and agree any variation before extra work continues.
The customer price is not tied to how many cleaners arrive. MopPop plans the labour, equipment and schedule needed to complete the agreed scope safely and properly. Large, unusual or high-risk jobs are surveyed before a fixed total is issued.

“Heavy build-up” means things like strong grease, heavy limescale, pet mess, rubbish left behind, blocked floors or rooms that have not been cleaned for a long time. We confirm this before booking, especially if photos show the job needs more time.

Yes. Regular visits use property-size totals with frequency-specific rate cards. Eligible customers receive a £15 account credit after three completed visits.
Yes. End-of-tenancy is a fixed price by property size, so you know the cost up front. We only add more when the property has heavy build-up, rubbish, blocked access or a condition that clearly needs extra time. We confirm that before booking.
MopPop plans the staffing. You pay the agreed fixed total whether the approved plan uses one cleaner or a team.
Yes. moppop can provide a receipt or invoice for completed jobs. Commercial clients can request formal quotes and invoice details before work starts. VAT is only added if moppop is VAT registered.
No. All payments are taken securely online by card. No cash, ever — it protects you and the cleaner, and means you always get a receipt and photo proof.
