The booking form recommends a sensible duration from the property details. If a property is much worse than described, we confirm any change before proceeding.
For hourly services, the guide price is based on the total work required. For larger deep cleans, move-out jobs and post-renovation cleans, moppop may send a team so the job is completed properly in a sensible time. You do not pay extra just because we organise the job better.

“Heavy build-up” means things like strong grease, heavy limescale, pet mess, rubbish left behind, blocked floors or rooms that have not been cleaned for a long time. We confirm this before booking, especially if photos show the job needs more time.

Standard and deep cleans are charged by the hour, with a minimum booking. We recommend the right time from bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, pets, access and extras so jobs are not underpriced.
Yes. Weekly recurring clients get 10% off, and fortnightly recurring clients get 5% off. Regular cleaning is easier to maintain, so the price reflects that.
Yes. End-of-tenancy is a fixed price by property size, so you know the cost up front. We only add more when the property has heavy build-up, rubbish, blocked access or a condition that clearly needs extra time. We confirm that before booking.
It depends on the cleaner-hours needed and the deadline. Small regular cleans usually use one cleaner. Larger deep cleans, end-of-tenancy jobs and post-renovation jobs may use two or three cleaners so the work is finished properly without one person being rushed.
Yes. moppop can provide a receipt or invoice for completed jobs. Commercial clients can request formal quotes and invoice details before work starts. VAT is only added if moppop is VAT registered.
No. All payments are taken securely online by card. No cash, ever — it protects you and the cleaner, and means you always get a receipt and photo proof.
