2. What data we collect

Booking and contact details — your name, postcode, address, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and the details of the clean you request.
Property information — number of rooms, access notes and any cleaning priorities you share with us.
Payment information — when you pay, card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
Job records — checklists, notes and before/after photos taken to evidence the work, where applicable.
Technical data — basic information your browser sends when you visit the site.

3. How we use your data

To provide quotes and arrange, confirm and deliver your cleaning booking.
To match you with a suitable vetted cleaner and share the details they need to do the job.
To take payment and issue receipts.
To handle questions, complaints and refunds, and to keep proof of completed work.
To meet our legal and tax obligations.
To send you occasional offers and service updates by email only if you sign up for them (for example, our first-clean discount). You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or messaging us, and we will stop straight away.

4. Lawful bases

We rely on contract (to provide the service you ask for), legitimate interests (to run and improve our business safely), and legal obligation (for tax and record-keeping). Where required, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Sharing your data

We share data only where needed to deliver the service: with the approved cleaner assigned to your job, and with a payment provider when online payments are introduced, and with professional advisers or authorities where legally required. We do not sell your data.

6. Photos of your property

Before/after photos may be taken to evidence the work. These are used for quality and dispute purposes and are kept securely. We will not publish photos of your property publicly without your clear permission.

7. How long we keep it

We keep booking and financial records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax requirements (generally up to six years for financial records). Job photos are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We load fonts and icons from third-party content networks to display the site correctly. If we add analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
